SOPIQ is committed to making mybothub.ai usable by people with a wide range of abilities. We aim to meet the requirements of WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

What we’ve done

• Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy and landmark regions
• Keyboard navigation support, including a skip-link to main content
• Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
• Text and background color contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG AA
• Form labels and field associations for screen reader compatibility
• Modal dialogs that trap focus and can be closed with Escape
• SVG icons marked with appropriate aria-hidden attributes when decorative
• Respects the user’s reduced-motion preference
• Responsive layouts that work at 200% browser zoom

Known limitations

The interactive consumption calculator on the home page uses numeric inputs and toggles. Screen reader users may find it easier to fill out the discovery questionnaire directly — we’ll size your scenario from the answers there. If you would like a SOPIQ advisor to walk you through the calculator over phone or video, please email accessibility@sopiq.com.
