These terms govern your use of mybothub.ai (“the site”), operated by SOPIQ, LLC (“SOPIQ,” “we,” “our”). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Site purpose

mybothub.ai is an information and inquiry site for SOPIQ’s Microsoft Copilot Studio agent services. The site does not provide live AI agent services or process customer data — it is for marketing and discovery-form intake only.

Information accuracy

We try to keep all information on this site — pricing ranges, consumption estimates, service descriptions — accurate and current. Pricing shown is indicative ballpark ranges, not binding quotes. Microsoft Copilot Credit rates and capacity pack pricing are published by Microsoft and subject to change without notice. The consumption calculator on this site is an estimation tool only; actual Copilot Credit consumption depends entirely on how an agent is built and used.

Anything resembling a quote or commitment will come to you in writing as a separate proposal document after discovery.

Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Teams are trademarks or registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation, used here for descriptive purposes only. SOPIQ is a Microsoft partner but is not Microsoft and does not speak for Microsoft.

“SOPIQ” and the SOPIQ mark are property of SOPIQ, LLC. Centuric LLC is an affiliated partner.

Service engagements

Discovery, development, deployment, and managed operations services delivered by SOPIQ are governed by separate written Statements of Work executed between SOPIQ and the client, not by these site terms. Pricing, deliverables, timelines, and service levels are defined in the SOW.

Linking

This site links to affiliated Centuric practice sites and to Microsoft documentation. We are not responsible for the content of external sites. We don’t object to inbound links to mybothub.ai as long as they are accurate and don’t imply endorsement we haven’t given.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOPIQ’s liability for any claim arising from your use of this site is limited to $100. For service engagements, liability is governed by the SOW.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
